South East Skipping Challenge

South East Skipping Challenge is back!!!

Join us in a district-level effort to skip for good cause. For every 20 skips that we accumulate, our corporate sponsor, Lam Soon Singapore will exchange it for a bowl of Natural Organic Brown Rice to be donated to our needy residents. Anybody can skip and ever...y skip counts. Let's s...kip for a good cause today!

Residents can come down to Bedok Central BLK 221 Pavilion to contribute skips for the South East Skipping Challenge, and at the same time, play skipping games and pick up skills from expert trainers from Rope Sports Singapore.

Linear Green RC Halloween 2009

Halloween is celebrated traditionally by kids and youths getting into different costumes for a “Trick or Treat” Ideally, they are in scary or monster-looking costumes like zombies, vampires, Dracula, ghosts, werewolves, witches, wizards, etc. However for the past couple of years, costumes have evolved. Some people dress up like celebrities like Michael Jackson or Madonna, angels, ninja warriors, cartoon characters like Mickey Mouse, Spiderman, Superman, The Hulk, Batman, Fantastic 4, Hello Kitty or their favourite animals.

Linear Green Inaugural Welcome Party 20th June 2009!

We were shielded by the harsh sun this sunny Saturday at Linear Green!
Seems like we are going to have a great party!
Mr Khoo and Mr Cheong starts the preparation lining the chairs for the VIPs as well as the residents.
The plague ready for unveiling by Senior Minister Prof S Jayakumar in our new RC centre.
In case you don't already know where it is located, it is at Blk 220A.
First the ice came...
then the stage people....
NEA was next with their boxes of Aedes mosquitoes and how to prevent Dengue Fever. (don't worry, they are very secure in those boxes ) We checked! :P
Mr Khoo and Mr Cheong are very busy, and they seem to be EVERYWHERE!
The balloons you see around our estate is done up by them and Mr Martin....
...who can manage a smile even while doing a pretty complicated move!
The SCDF came in soon after to set up their exhibit on how to put out a fire, as well as how to administer CPR when needed.
