Meeting started on time at 8pm.
1. Enquired about Ants issue brought up by MingHao and any residents with similar issues can contact East Coast Town Council at 1800 4449549
2. We also enquired about the centipedes and pest issues of which was caused by the new soil and thus attracted new 'tenants'. The Town Council will address to this by frequent pesticides. This problem will pass its phase within 6 months
3. We know that all of us have been experiencing issues with signal strength for our mobile and ECTC is working closely with all the Telcos to expand the base station bandwidth for better signal. Currently they are located at the carparks.
Other items on the agenda is pertaining to the Welcome Party and how to make it a great experience for the residents.
Resident DVD suggested on our blog that any unsold tickets to be consolidated and create a 'hotline' for those residents to call and arrange ticket pickup who missed out when our RC members went door-to-door. Will arrange and update soon on how to get the tickets!
